- A system allowing the manufacturer or importer to sell the products after reporting to the safety certification authorities if the applicable products are found to comply with the safety standards through the product testing from a safety certification authority.
*The procedures of factory audit and regular inspection (composed of factory audit and product testing) applied in the existing safety certification system are omitted.
