RCM
- Outline for certification
- All electrical and electronic products supplied in Australia must have an electric safety certification according to the Australia Electrical Product Safety Regulations. The RCM (Regulatory Compliance Mark) certification is managed by the Electrical Regulator Authorities Council (ERAC), which is a valid certification in Australia and New Zealand.

- All electrical & electronic products meeting the following conditions
The products with rated 50V AC RMS or 120V ripple-free DC or higher, and household or personal products using 1000V AC RMS or 1500V ripple-free DC. If the product is used solely for commercial or industrial purposes, the submission of proof is required

Level 2
- product testing
- registration of responsible supplier through the country database
- → submission within 10 days at the listing or being requested of compliance folder
- registration of product in the country database
- declaration of product (equipment) conformity
- payment of product registration fee
- attachment of RCM mark
Level 3
- registration of responsible supplier through the country database
- product testing
- → listing of certificate (CoC) issued by the certification authority
- registration of product in the country database
- declaration of product (equipment) conformity
- payment of product registration fee
- attachment of RCM mark

- Product brand and type (where, the model name not required)
- Report on applicable standard tests (on request) - Level 2
- Compliance folder: submission within 10 days upon ERAC's request, or pre-upload in the country database
